Diabetes
Diabetes is a condition wherein the body exhibits a diminished ability to produce or respond to the hormone insulin, resulting in an abnormal metabolism and elevated levels of glucose in the blood.

Diabetes is a chronic, metabolic disease caused by elevated levels of blood glucose (or blood sugar). Initially, it may not have an impact on day-to day functions; however, over time, it may lead to serious damage to the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves.
Below are the symptoms of diabetes:

• Urinate (pee) a lot, often at night
• Are very thirsty
• Lose weight without trying
• Are very hungry
• Have blurry vision
• Have numb or tingling hands or feet
• Feel very tired
• Have very dry skin
• Have sores that heal slowly
• Have more infections than usual
