Vulvoplasty

Vulvoplasty, also known as zero-depth vaginoplasty, is a gender-affirming surgery that constructs a vulva from penile and scrotal tissue. It is, it creates the external genitalia like the labia, clitoris, and a shallow vaginal opening for aesthetic purposes, but it does not create a vaginal canal for penetration. This procedure is an option for individuals, often those assigned male at birth, who desire to align their external genitalia with their gender identity.
